Line-confocal 3D measurement sensor
Through technological innovation in core components and optimization and upgrading of the optical structure, this line-spectrum 3D measurement sensor stands out with its features of "high precision, high resolution, large measurement range, and high-speed scanning," aiming to provide more accurate and efficient quality inspection solutions for high-tech industrial sectors such as electronics and semiconductors.
1. Operating Principle
The light source emits a high-energy, broad-spectrum white light, which is focused into an ultra-narrow, strip-shaped measurement spot by an apochromatic lens. As the measurement spot reflects off different locations on the surface of the object being measured, it returns light at different wavelengths. This reflected light is then directed to a spectroscopic receiving system via a dispersive prism. After filtering, the spectroscopic receiving system projects the focused light onto a CMOS sensor, which rapidly processes the signal and outputs the Z-axis profile height value of the measured sample.

2. More accurate High-resolution measurement feedback
Using a special white-light source, this slit-filter device—fabricated via semiconductor processing—achieves an extremely small measurement spot with exceptionally high energy. Moreover, the scanning line is a genuine, continuous beam of light, rather than a line composed of stitched-together points, as is typical in similar products. While maintaining a length of 4.2 mm in the X direction, the device is only 7 μm wide in the Y direction.

3. High-speed, high-precision online measurement
A special CMOS sensor employing RoCC technology (Rapid On-Chip Computing) boasts a maximum of 15.4 billion Image processing capability of pixels per second, enabling full-frame mode. 7,000 contours/s The 3D scanning speed. The maximum scanning speed can reach 64,000 contours/s 。
4. High-resolution surface profile measurement
By using an apochromatic lens, it is possible to obtain surface grayscale measurements with ultra-high resolution. By superimposing high-precision surface height measurements with high-resolution surface grayscale measurements, we can achieve ultra-high-resolution surface profile measurement.

5. Mechanical Aesthetics
Based on a minimalist design philosophy, this product eschews superfluous ornamentation and instead employs simple lines and geometric facets to create a modern, technologically advanced aesthetic that highlights mechanical beauty. The distinctive qualities of the glossy black carbon-fiber composite material imbue the device with an air of composure and rationality.

6. Application Cases
The manufacturing of electronic chips requires extremely high precision and accuracy to ensure that the chips’ geometry, dimensions, and surface quality all meet the design specifications. This line-spectrum 3D measurement sensor can achieve highly precise and efficient measurements of electronic chip surfaces, detecting even the slightest variations in size and structure to guarantee chip quality and pass rates.
