Ultra-high-precision profile measurement 
A specially designed color laser source produces an extremely small measurement spot with exceptionally high energy. The scanning line is a genuine, continuous beam of light—rather than a line composed of discrete points, as in similar products. Taking the CCL-5040 as an example, while maintaining a line length of 4.3 mm in the X direction, the spot width in the Y direction is only 7 μm.

 

 

Ultra-high stability mechanical structure 
The internal mechanical structure features a cage-like design, offering exceptional resistance to vibration and fully ensuring the stability of the optical system. The carbon-fiber composite material casing reduces the overall weight while enhancing the system’s mechanical strength and temperature resistance. The stable, low-center-of-gravity, reclining design effectively prevents vibration and shock disturbances caused by acceleration and deceleration during high-speed operations.

 

Ultra-high-speed, high-precision online measurement 
A special CMOS sensor employing RoCC technology (Rapid On-Chip Computing) boasts a point cloud data acquisition rate of up to 13.5 million points per second, enabling a 3D scanning speed of 7,000 profiles per second in full-frame mode. The maximum scanning speed can reach as high as 64,000 profiles per second.
