The THINKFOCUS CLS-3000 series 2D contour profiler is a precision, online 2D profiling scanner. It employs a brand-new ultra-high-precision motion system to drive a spectral confocal displacement sensor for online scanning, and is primarily used to measure features such as step differences, gaps, surface roughness, and cross-sectional profiles on product surfaces.
The maximum scanning speed can reach 50 mm/s, with a line width of 15 mm. The scanning speed can reach 50 mm/s, and the measurement accuracy is ±1 μm, while the repeatability accuracy is ±0.5 μm, fully meeting your high-precision measurement requirements.
