Parameters
For the thickness measurement of ink or silver paste on super large glass, THINKFOCUS has launched a portable confocal 2D profiler, which can directly scan the thickness of ink or silver paste by placing the lens on the glass.
The device uses a spectral confocal displacement sensor equipped with a high-precision piezoelectric motor to drive the lens to move, so as to collect contour curves and measure the relative height of ink/silver paste and glass.
