Confocal Pro is an automatic measurement software independently developed by THINKFOCUS for spectral confocal measurement technology. It is used in combination with the company's confocal displacement sensor and ED-100 programmable encoder frequency division module. It is designed to save the steps of calculation software development for automatic measurement users, and can be used directly with the customer's motion control system.

1. Flexible and easy-to-use measurement controls. It is only necessary for the user to control the motion scanning of the sample to be tested. The user program only needs to send a start command through the  Socket after reaching the tested area to start the measurement. After the motion is completed, send an end command to display the measurement results. The separation of motion control and sensor measurement is achieved.

2. Programmable measurement settings. Multiple curves can be set up to scan on the same sample, and multiple measurement locations can be selected for each curve. Users can make visualization settings according to actual needs. Measurements can be repeated for one location or cyclically across multiple locations.

3. Rich data processing algorithms. It has rich data processing and calculation functions: plane leveling, automatic step recognition, feature point recognition, measurement value correction, etc., allowing customers to use the spectral confocal measurement capabilities to the extreme.

4. Real-time display of measurement results. The user can see the real-time profile curve and measurement results through the software interface, and at the same time can display the position of the measured area on the entire curve profile.
