Programmable encoder frequency division module is a pulse generation module designed for users to use the CDS-200 sensor more conveniently. The user of the external trigger function provides a trigger source.
1. Timed trigger pulse
The programmable encoder frequency division module can generate trigger pulses with a fixed frequency, and the frequency of the pulses can be set through the serial port. The start and end of the pulse can also be programmed through the serial port.
2. Divide the encoder signal
The programmable encoder frequency division module can count the incremental encoder signal, and the encoder counts every N (frequency division coefficient) The count output level toggles once. The sensor can be triggered by this output signal, thereby realizing the data synchronization between the encoder and the sensor.
The frequency division coefficient can also be modified in real time through the serial port, or it can be set once to save the frequency division coefficient. The encoder can be connected to different output ports to realize pulse output during forward counting, pulse output during reverse counting, and output in both forward and reverse directions.
You can also choose to control whether to output pulses through IO.
It can support the frequency division of 2-channel incremental encoder, and you can switch which channel to output trigger pulse through serial command. (If you need multi-channel frequency division, you can accept customization)
