Qualified insulating glass not only has the functions of lighting, weather resistance and weather resistance, but also has the functions of heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation. In addition, the installation thickness of insulating glass has an impact on its performance and effect, and needs to be measured with an insulating glass thickness gauge. Glass thickness is an important parameter for evaluating the quality of glass products. Excellent thermal insulation performance: Even the thermal insulation glass of 3mm glass + 12mm air layer + 3mm glass, its thermal insulation capacity is not less than 100mm thick concrete wall. If thicker glass or triple-layer glass and two layers of air are used, the thermal insulation performance is better, and the thickness can be measured with an ordinary insulating glass thickness gauge. Excellent sound insulation performance: Under normal circumstances, the noise can be attenuated by about 30 decibels, and the loud noise can be attenuated by about 50 decibels.

For the high-quality insulating glass (insulating glass thickness gauge) of glass structure, the corresponding high-quality glass sheet, high-strength, high-air tightness adhesive seal should be selected glue, high-quality aluminum alloy spacer frame and desiccant, and combine two or more pieces of glass into insulating glass products through two sealing processes. The process flow is: automatically form an aluminum spacer frame around the glass, fill with desiccant, and apply butyl adhesive on the frame; automatically clean the original glass plate, the upper aluminum spacer frame, the laminated plate and the pressed plate, and make two or more pieces. The original board is bonded to the aluminum spacer frame by butyl glue to form a seal; the sealer automatically mixes and seals the two-component sealant to form a second seal. The desired sealing and strength properties can be achieved by controlling the sealing width, and the air layer in the insulating glass can be kept dry for a long time to avoid condensation or frost.
