With the rapid development of the industry, the requirements for precision measurement technology are getting higher and higher. As the basis of precise geometric measurement, displacement measurement technology not only requires ultra-high measurement accuracy, but also requires extensive adaptability to the environment and materials, and gradually tends to real-time and non-destructive testing. Compared with traditional contact measurement methods, the visualized spectral confocal displacement sensor has obvious advantages such as high speed, high precision and strong adaptability.

1. Roughness measurement

Due to nanometer precision and excellent angular characteristics, the coaxial confocal displacement sensor conforms to ISO25178. It can be used for high precision measurement of surface roughness. Compared with the traditional contact roughness measuring instrument, the coaxial confocal displacement measuring instrument collects the roughness profile at a higher speed without any damage to the product surface.

2. Profile and 3D shape measurement

The coaxial confocal displacement sensor is integrated on the 3D scanning system, which can provide 2D and 3D measurement data for the load surface topography.

3. Transparent body thickness measurement

The innovative co-axial confocal principle enables the sensor to measure thickness directly through the front and back of the transparent workpiece, only one sensor is needed throughout the process to measure thickness from one side of the workpiece. Compared with the laser displacement sensor based on the principle of triangular reflection, the instrument can measure the thickness of the arc workpiece more effectively due to the presence of coaxial light.

4. Liquid level control

Excellent non-contact coaxial measurement, the sensor can detect and measure the liquid level.

5. Online detection

The high sampling frequency, small size and card data interface make the instrument very easy to integrate into online production testing equipment to realize online testing.

6. Vibration measurement

Due to the ultra-high sampling frequency and ultra-high precision, coaxial sensors can measure vibrating objects. The non-contact design of the sensor can avoid the interference of the vibrating object during the measurement process, and can carry out detailed measurement and analysis of complex areas at the same time.
